This is a beautifully furnished, luxury villa situated in the family friendly resort of Glenbrook. Our 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home sleeps 10 people and is located close to all major attractions and many exclusive golf courses. Easy access to Highway 192 means you have numerous shops and restaurants within easy reach. Although the villa is situated in a peaceful area, there is a large supermarket only 10 minutes walk away, which is perfect when you don’t want to take the car out again at the end of a busy day.
Air-conditioned throughout, the villa extends to approx. 2900 sq. ft. and is fully equipped with 5 bedrooms, two of which are equal sized and have extra large en-suite bathrooms. Two further bathrooms, a den with a sofa and Xbox, Free Wi-Fi and a south-facing private pool, make it an ideal destination for a two-family holiday.
The Villa
The villa is just 10 minutes from Disneyworld, 15 minutes from SeaWorld and 20 minutes from Universal. In this location, you will waste no travel time reaching your theme park destination in the morning, and can quickly return to peaceful seclusion when your park-legs are exhausted! This makes it perfect for guests who want easy access to all that Disney has to offer, while having all the facilities to kick back and relax in privacy at the end of the day.
Great attention has been paid to the furnishing of our home, comprising 2 master suites, one upstairs with a furnished balcony overlooking the pool and a stunning view of the lake, the other downstairs with sliding doors to the pool and, again, overlooking the lake. 2 twin rooms, one upstairs with access to a full bathroom, one downstairs with access to a full bathroom, a Queen bedroom which shares the 3rd bathroom on the second floor. All bedrooms, the den and the family room have brand new flat screen TVs. In short – something for all ages and preferences when you need a little time to relax. For the little ones a highchair, crib, stair gate and baby monitor.
For your security, the villa is fitted with the latest ADT alarm system.
Family Room
This light and spacious room overlooking the pool area has ample comfy sofas and chairs to relax on, while enjoying the extensive cable package including Fox Sports, which screens many sporting events including English Premiership football on the huge plasma TV.
Kitchen/Breakfast Nook
The kitchen includes all the appliances and equipment you will need to make the most of your self catering holiday, including fridge freezer with ice maker and cold water dispenser, large oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery & double sink with waste disposal.
The open plan style and table and chairs means you can keep company with whoever’s cooking, or take your breakfast and snacks in a more informal setting.
Laundry Facilities
The laundry room with automatic washing machine and separate drier. An ironing board and iron is also provided so you can cut down on packing and keep on top of your laundry throughout your vacation.

Whether you have cooked your own meal or indulged in a takeout, you can enjoy it here. The large stylishly furnished room also has a corner sofa for a quiet space to relax after a busy day.
Master Suite 1 (Ground Floor)
A beautifully furnished, bright and airy bedroom with a King Size bed, walk in wardrobe, plasma TV and sliding doors leading on to the dazzling pool. The oversized deluxe en-suite has a bathtub with separate walk-in shower and two sinks. A hairdryer is supplied for your convenience. As with all our bedrooms, the attention to detail in all aspects of the room décor will have you feeling like a very special guest.
Master Suite 2 (First Floor)
The second master suite is even more impressive, with room for a sofa as well as the King Size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, plasma TV and a door leading onto the balcony. Picture yourself, sitting on the balcony, watching the sun set over the lake, a well-deserved glass of wine in hand after a busy day at the parks. The huge luxury en-suite has a walk-in shower, stylish bath & double sink. Again, a hairdryer is supplied for your convenience.
Bedroom 3 (Ground Floor)
This room features Twin single beds, bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobe, plasma TV and has its own fully equipped bathroom just outside the bedroom door.
Bedroom 4 (First Floor)
This comfortably styled room has Twin single beds, bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobe and plasma TV. It shares a fully equipped bathroom on the first floor with bedroom 5.
Bedroom 5 (First Floor)
A beautiful Queen bedroom with a Queen size bed and wall mounted TV and an X-box to keep the children amused when they are not at the parks. The sofa can be used as a very comfortable bed if required and the bedroom shares a fully equipped bathroom on the first floor with bedroom four.
First Floor Landing
A handy space with a wet bar and fridge for midnight drinks and snacks.
Pool/Deck Area
The south-facing pool has a secluded outlook on to the lake. With sun throughout the day, you can enjoy the pool at any time. Which is furnished with a table and chairs and sun loungers. The pool can be heated upon request, and is screened for your children’s safety.

The Location
Glenbrook is a lovely quiet family friendly resort with its own private clubhouse which is just a short walk from our villa. Complimentary use of the clubhouse is offered to our guests. There is a large outside swimming pool with a sundeck area and loungers, tennis and sand volleyball courts. Inside the clubhouse there is a gym, a lounge with television, free internet access and a games room with billiards and air hockey.
Transportation to all attractions can be arranged at the clubhouse.
