There is a private tennis court and large communal pool if required and the property is only 12-15 minutes from the Disney, Universal and MGM parks.
All rooms have a new TV and DVD player. This includes the den where there is also an X360 games console (the sofa in the den can sleep more people if required).

Two further double bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms with walk in showers, the rear one with views over pool and golf course, the other with views over the front gardens. Two twin bedrooms both with views over the gardens and woodland beyond with shared bathroom.
4 bathrooms, 3 en-suites.
The en suites all have walk in showers and the master has a large corner bath.
GAMESROOM:
With 8 foot slate bed pool table with overhanging light, air hockey and dart board.
POOL:
Generous sized shaped pool with shallow and deep ends with the addition of a separate spa. Adequate chairs and tables for sitting and dining on the oversized deck and around the pool.
OUTSIDE:
The house is surrounded by garden with generous grass areas for ball games and an array of Floridian plants and shrubs. Gas BBQ available on the deck. It is unlikely that there will be any other villa with more privacy and better views. There is an ability to walk through the woods up and down the golf course with easy access to Golf Pro Shop and communal swimming pool, tennis court and children\'s play area.
