Along with all the facilities at the villa, there are amenities for our guests at the new Clubhouse at Solterra. To provide you with the best experience possible, their community will charge a Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee, conveniently processed through THE CLUBHOUSE, using credit or debit cards. Please note that they cannot accept cash payments to ensure seamless entry. This one-time fee, applicable per house per reservation, grants you access to a world of enjoyment in the Resort Amenities.
Please let us know if you require a one-time fee per house, 1-12 guests $35, 13+ guests $45, you'll receive their exclusive Resort Access Card, with a maximum of two cards per party, and wrist bands. These cards will grant you entry through the front gate to the refreshing pool area. Please note that the wrist bands will change every Monday, so if your reservation has more than one week or is in between week's, you will need to pass by the club house each Monday and present your access card to receive a new wrist band. Whether you're taking a dip or simply unwinding poolside, having your card handy will make every moment effortless.
Additionally, you'll be provided with a unique 4-digit code that changes monthly, allowing you entry the well-equipped gym for your fitness needs. It has quality, brand new facilities including an extra-large pool with sloped entry and slide, fully equipped gym, lounge bar and an outdoor lounge with TV and fireplace. There are also tennis courts, a volleyball court and children’s play-park.

Neighbourhood
Solterra is one of the top resorts within the Champions Gate and Davenport community areas; many restaurants are a short, 5-minute drive away along with grocery stores, bars, pharmacies and other necessities. With only 20 minutes to Walt Disney World, guests can pop between the parks and the villa to benefit from afternoon pool time, beautiful sunsets, fun nightlife and, of course, fireworks galore. Not many places can offer all this.
Other things to note
Pool heat is an additional fee. The pool heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed.
BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane.
Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service.
Villa phone service is provided to you with unlimited calls to the United States and Canada. Occasionally, the cell phone signal is not very stable in the house, we are very sorry for that. 8. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention, please kindly let us know.

In order to use the resort Amenities, you will need to visit the resort clubhouse and purchase their Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee Card.
