Ideally located minutes away from Shops, Restaurants and Disney (10 minutes to Animal Kingdom) In the gated upscale community of Formosa Gardens, properties enjoy spacious garden plots giving privacy, your wonderful pool home has a stunning private pool area with amazing views over Star Lake where you can enjoy the Florida sunshine by day and views of the sunset in the evening. You can fish by rod in the Lake, relax in your own pool oasis.
We are currently weaving our magic on this lovely home to refurbish and refresh all areas in line with our other amazing and popular vacation homes. The pictures are being updated as we progress, and some indicate that at the moment depict it as it is currently.
Entering our home your eyes will be drawn to the view over our pool to the Lake, pass the Dining Area into the open family sitting room with dining nook and spacious fully equipped kitchen, overlooking the pool area.
Outside is the large covered lanai, with comfortable seating and dining area, fans to keep you cool whilst enjoying the view and relaxing in the Florida Sun. A large Gas BBQ and kitchen area will enable you to cook alfresco and enjoy outside living at its best. The beautiful serene pool area is a private oasis with a large pool which sits in a 60 foot wide extended pool deck and has a luxury spa and also a kiddy pool.
The 6 spacious bedrooms, all with TV and luxury linens, comprise of a ground floor Master Suite with separate Tub and Shower and patio doors to the pool, A Queen room overlooking the pool with adjacent bathroom, and a further King suite with ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms are located upstairs - a king suite with ensuite bathroom and two further rooms sharing a bathroom, one twin and one with two full beds.
Located downstairs is a further sitting room, with large TV, and this room has a Queen Sofa Bed and can be used as a 7th bedroom, sharing the Queen downstairs bathroom.
There is a new fully airconditioned games room, with pool table, foosball and air hockey, together with a large TV and play station for all the family to enjoy
Our home is kept to a high standard by a local management company, who are there to ensure your stay is trouble free and provide a high quality of service to our guests.
Included in your stay, our home is equipped with secure high speed wifi, local and USA Calling. The BBQ is included at no charge providing it is cleaned at the end of your stay. The pool and spa can be heated for a small fee on request.
For babies there is a crib and a pack and play, two high chairs and stair gates. All pool doors are alarmed.
We also provide hair dryers in all bathrooms and pool towels.
