This bright and beautiful home offers a formal living room along with an amazing open plan kitchen, family living area and dining room. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and large island with seating is the perfect spot for a quick meal before heading out. The kitchen overlooks the dining area and family living room which has a large flatscreen TV and two recliner chairs and seating for the whole family. Patio doors lead out to deck with comfortable seating and dining seating under the lanai overlooking the private pool and spa and lake.

The private pool with spa is fully screened and overlooks the stunning lake. With the lanai offering a perfect spot to escape the Florida sun either on the comfortable "lounge" seating or enjoying alfresco dining at the table where else would you prefer to be?
The pool can be heated for a small charge (currently $30 per night) and we recommend you pay for this extra if you are travelling between October and March.

Bella Vida (Italian for ‘Beautiful Life’) boasts a wealth of amenities.
