This villa has one of the largest extended pool decks in the Windsor at Westside resort which gives plenty of space for sun-bathing, relaxing and enjoying the company of family and friends. The villa occupies a corner plot and is not overlooked.
The 4000 sq ft villa has a large open plan kitchen which is equipped with stainless steel appliances - cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer with through the door ice and water dispenser and wine fridge. Behind each cupboard door you will find everything you could possibly need to create gourmet meals for your group. The large granite island has a breakfast bar that can seat four on plush bar stools.
Opposite the kitchen is a large dining table with seating for fourteen guests.
There are two spacious living areas; the downstairs family room has two large blue velvet sofas, two comfortable accent chairs and a 65” smart TV; upstairs the large open den has two grey sectional sofas and another 65” smart TV.
There are eight bedrooms that sleep sixteen all of which have ceiling fans:
Ground floor master suite featuring king-size bed, large smart TV, en-suite bathroom with deep soaking tub, separate walk-in shower and his and her sinks. There is a door with access to the pool deck.
Ground floor queen suite featuring queen-size bed, large smart TV. Just outside the bedroom is a family bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Second floor king suite #1 featuring king-size bed, large smart TV and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Second floor king suite #2 with king size bed, large smart TV and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Second floor king bedroom with king size bed, large smart TV and en-suite jack-n-jill bathroom with private WC.
Second floor twin bedroom #1 with two single beds, smart TV and shared en-suite jack-n-jill bathroom.
Second floor twin bedroom #2 (Disney) has two single beds, smart TV and shares an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Second floor twin bedroom #3 (Minions) has two single beds, smart TV and shares an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower.
In total there are 6 bathrooms, 3 of which are en-suites. All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers and complimentary soap, shampoo and body wash are provided.
Outside the large extended brick paved South/South East facing pool deck is furnished with a comfy conversation set, large dining table and plenty of loungers. A complimentary gas grill is provided for guests use.
Other facilities include a laundry room with large washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. Guests requiring baby equipment will find the villa equipped with a pack ‘n’ play, a portable full size crib, crib bedding, highchair and baby monitor.
The games room which has an American “diner” theme is equipped with an 8ft slate bed pool table, air hockey and dartboard.
The long driveway can accommodate 4 cars.
Whilst staying in this gated community you can make use of the resort facilities which include a fantastic clubhouse with fitness center, a zero-entry resort style pool with waterslides and a lazy river, a children’s splash zone area, and a lake with pier. Poolside dining is available at The Tu Casa Tiki Bar.
