The kitchen features granite countertops paired with elegant dark cabinets, countertop bar seating for 4 and is fully stocked with all that you and your family need to create a beautiful meal for all to share and enjoy.

 

Across from the kitchen in an open layout format is the sleek glass and wood dining set with seating for six. The dining nook overlooks the living room area where family and friends can gather and enjoy quality time together, whether it’s watching shows, chatting, or playing video games the options are endless! The open concept layout offers a lovely view of the back patio and pool area from almost every angle.

 

Slide the patio door open and step out into your very own private oasis. From the dining table with seating for 6, BBQ, chaise lounges, pool and spa there are hours of endless fun to be had by all. The villa also has a large overhang affording guests enjoyment outside rain or shine.

 

The first of the two master King suites is located on the first floor just off the living room, providing anyone who cannot climb the stairs access to everything desired without needing to go upstairs. The first floor master bath features private direct access to the patio/pool, a soaking tub, shower, a granite double vanity sink and private toilet quarters.

 

Walk down the hallway next to the main living room to the shared main half bath, and then a bit further to the laundry nook. At the end of the hall you will find the decked out games room. The games room is full of color and fun, featuring a pool table, foosball table, and a basketball dual pop a shot. Here the family can easily get a healthy competition going and spend hours of quality time together.

 

Head upstairs and you’ve arrived in your very own private movie theatre. The theatre features a 120 inch screen, HD projector, ample seating and classic movie memorabilia. This rare and highly sought after feature is perfect for movie enthusiasts to sit back, relax and watch a movie together or simply gather and enjoy being surrounded by the movie decor.

 

The suites are wonderfully situated, giving every guest ample privacy and opportunity for time to themselves.
