This Luxurious 7 bed 4.5 bath villa located within the exclusive Emerald Island Resort, just minutes from Disney World. Standing independently, this professionally sanitized home is truly a safe and clean haven to get away from crowds and spend time with family.

The bright open plan living area has a comfortable sectional sofa and large TV with cable services. Through sliding glass doors, the space opens out onto the south facing pool deck.

The spacious screened-in pool area is private with a lake view to the rear. Around the generously sized pool and jacuzzi, there is plenty of seating for spending a day by the pool. Why not dine outside under the shady covered area?

The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for large groups and has a breakfast area. There is also a formal dining room with a banquet table offering a sophisticated place for family meals.

The downstairs master bedroom, with access to the pool deck, has a King size bed, walk-in-wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with both bathtub and shower plus separate toilet. There is a second master bedroom upstairs with King size bed and en-suite bathroom. There are a further three Queen size bedrooms together with two themed bedrooms which the children will love. There is a TV in every bedroom so no one has to fight over the remote control.

Don’t forget about the games / movie room. As well as a full size pool table, there is sofa seating to enjoy the 100 inch projector screen and surround sound system to watch movies. A variety of different sized bikes are also left for guests to ride.

There is a washer and dryer for guest use. High speed internet and national calls are included.

Emerald Island is a superbly located resort with fantastic facilities on site.
