This villa is South facing with no rear neighbours and overlooks on to a conservation area.
The 2 storey home comes with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, a cute gallery area upstairs, large kitchen and dining area, a reception lounge to the left on entering the villa and a large family lounge area to the rear overlooking the south facing pool and decking.
Family Room and all bedrooms have TV’s. There is a DVD, phone, internet (WIFI), hair dryers, weighing scales, beach towels, bath towels, bedlinen and tea towels.
There is also a small games area with pool table and foosball for family competitions.

Entrance Lounge
On entering the villa, the entrance invites you through an open floor plan to the formal lounge/dining area. There is no TV in this area so that you can relax and enjoy the comfort of some peace and quiet.
This room leads through to the spacious kitchen with an eat-in area.
Kitchen
The spacious kitchen with breakfast bar and seating area has plenty of natural light. With new modern bar stools and a lovely white wooden table and chairs allows you to enjoy those lovely breakfasts before going to the parks.
The kitchen is fully equipped with, large fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and the usual pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glass ware.
The kitchen extends into the family lounge area.
Family Lounge Area
The bright, airy and spacious lounge is where families can relax after a hectic day at the parks. A lovely seating area for all to sit, with large flatscreen TV & DVD player.
The lounge patio doors lead on to the beautiful & newly painted pool area.
Pool Area
Our beautiful south facing pool area with widespread deck, covered lanai and spa, boosts of lush green grass overlooking nature with no rear neighbours ideal for relaxing in the Floridian sun.
There is an outdoor pool shower and bathroom for safety.
Plenty of seating for alfresco dining.
Pool heating is available at an additional cost on request
Laundry room comprises of both a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board if required.
Queen Bedroom – Ground Floor This lovely newly furnished bedroom with new mattress leads out on to the beautiful pool area. The room comprises of a flat screen TV and walk in wardrobe.
Twin Bedroom – Ground Floor This excitingly decorated twin bedroom with new beds and new wall mounted flat screen TV.
Bathroom – Ground Floor This bathroom serves both the queen and twin bedrooms. It has a full bath with shower, sink and toilet.
Master Bedroom with En-suite – Upper Floor A beautiful bright bedroom with views of the conservation area. This bedroom has a new US King Size bed and bedding, with walk in wardrobes and flat screen TV.
The en-suite bathroom has his & her sinks, double shower, large bath and separate toilet.
Queen Bedroom – Upper Floor This bedroom has new bed and bedding with wall mounted flat screen TV.
Twin Bedroom – Upper Floor This excitingly decorated newly furnished Twin bedroom with new wall mounted flat screen TV.
Bathroom – Upper Floor This bathroom serves both the Queen and Twin bedrooms. Like the ground floor bathroom it has full bath with shower, sink and toilet
