An amazing two story 5 bed 4.5 bath vacation home with two owners suites one of which is located on the ground floor along with the open kitchen dining and great room. On the second floor you will find the second owners suite, a second living space three more guest bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. The house has been fitted throughout with beautiful contemporary furniture and decorated in light colours creating a warm welcoming feel. The luxury kitchen has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances and there is an abundance of crockery, cutlery and cookware to use.   The breakfast bar with four chairs is perfect for breakfast and meals and interaction with the chef. Dining is a pleasure sitting at the table and being able to view the wonderful pool area whilst eating. Relax after a hard day at the parks in the gathering room on then large sectional sofa and enjoy quality time with your family and friends. This room is equipped with 65” flat screen TV with Cable TV and ROKU TV systems for all to enjoy.

The ground floor master bedroom has a King size bed, plenty of storage space in the large walk in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. There is a 55” flat screen TV with ROKU TV to enjoy. The master bedroom en-suite has a walk in double shower and generous sized bath and separate restroom. This bathroom is also accessible from the pool area.

In the games room guests can have endless hours of fun with their family and friends playing Pool or Air Hockey.

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron to enable you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all of those bargains from the excellent outlet malls.

The home has an extended south facing pool deck with large pool and a fantastic spa which overlooks fields. There are sun loungers for you to relax and enjoy the wonderful Florida sunshine and the large covered Lanai area has a dining table and chairs for you to enjoy a family meal alfresco or early evening cocktails. Outside you can unwind enjoying the wonderful views, or perhaps read a book or listen to music under the stars.  For your safety pool alarms are fitted to all openings to the rear of the home.

The large loft area is another fabulous addition to the home and offers a 65” wall mounted flat screen TV with Cable & ROKU TV systems, the area is arranged with comfortable seating in the guise of a large relaxing sofa and a love seat to help you truly relax after your long days. There is an arcade game machine which has 60 games for all of the family to have fun with.  A few games that are included are, Pac Man, Space Invaders and Donkey Kong which we all have enjoyed at some time.  This is a great space to keep the children amused or chill out and watch a movie.
The second owners suite on the first floor is fitted out with a Queen bed, luxury bedroom suite and a 43” TV with ROKU TV.  The superb en-suite has a double shower and twin vanity units.

Our third bedroom has a lovely comfortable Queen bed with one bedside cabinet walk in wardrobes and a spacious en-suite bathroom.

The fourth bedroom has Twin beds, it is stunning and modern and an ideal space for friends, siblings or cousins to share. This room has a wall mounted 32” TV with ROKU TV system and has access to a shared bathroom which has a bath with overhead shower and double vanity basin.

The fifth bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed, and a wall mounted 32” T V with the ROKU streaming service.  The room is bright and spacious and which is very calming and for the children after a busy day enjoying themselves an ideal place to sleep.

At Champions Gate you have a selection of restaurants and fast-food options, including Chilli's Grill & Bar, Millers Ale House, Dulcetto Bistro, British Fish and Chip Shop, Subway, McDonalds, Red Robin, Wendy's and Dunkin Donuts.
There is a choice of supermarkets closest is Publix at Champions Gate, which is 3 miles away.  Another option is Target at Posner Park, ideal for a wander!  There is also a cinema at Posner Park with IMAX.  
Walmart is located at Cagans Crossing on HWY 27.
